association, the word shall include the partners or <br />members 'thereof, and, as to corporation, it shall <br />include the officer, agents or members thereof who are <br />responsible for any violation of such section. <br /> <br />Princ~al Building - The structure in which the <br />principal use on the lot is located. <br /> <br />Private Passenqer Vehicle <br /> <br />1. Any motor vehicle or motorcycle, other than <br />commercial vehicle, which does not exceed six and one- <br />half (6-1/?) feet in height (including accessories) and <br />is licensed as a passenger automobile or motorcycle; or <br /> <br />2. A van or pickup truck, other than a commercial <br />ve~icle, which does not exceed six and one-half (6 1/2) <br />feet in height (including accessories) or two hundred <br />(200) inches in length, has no more than four wheels, <br />and has a gross vehicle weight rating of 6,000 pounds or <br />less according to ratings published by the manufacturer. <br />Any pickup truck that has been modified by the addition <br />of side boards or side racks shall not be classified as <br />a private passenger vehicle. This Section 34-90 <br />definition of Private Passenger Vehicle shall be in <br />force for a trial period of six (6) months fro~ the date <br />o~ passage of this orCinanco. <br /> <br />Project (Development) - One or more buildings on a <br />single lot, or a group of buildings to be constructed by <br />a single developer to be later sold individually on <br />separate subdivided lots of record. <br /> <br />Public Service Drive - A public or private way, at the <br />roar or side of property, primarily used as a means of <br />secondary vehicular access to abutting property. <br /> <br />Restaurants - A public eating place other than a dr~ve- <br />in or carry-out restaurant, and which does not offer <br />goods or services to consumers waiting in parked motor <br />vehicles. <br /> <br />Row House - of. Townhouse. <br /> <br />Screeninq - A hedge, earth berm, wall, or fence to <br />provide a visual separator and physical barrier. <br /> <br />Setback - The distance between the front lot line and <br />the major building surface of the principal building on <br />the lot. <br /> <br />Siqn - All definitions pertaining to signs and signing <br />are contained in Article VIII of this Chapter. <br /> <br /> <br />
