Site Plan -'cf. Section 54-69.2c. <br /> <br />Site Plan Review - of. Section 34-69. <br /> <br />Story - That portion of a building included between the <br />surface of any floor, and the Surface of the next floor <br />above it~ or if there is no floor above it, then the <br />space between such floor and the ceiling next above it. <br /> <br />Structures - Anything constructed or erected with a <br />fixed location on the ground, or attached to something <br />having or requiring a fixed location on the ground. <br /> <br />Substance Abuse Treatment Center - Any premises, other <br />than a convalescent home, nursing home, hospital IDr <br />office, providing treatment and rehabilitation for <br />alcoholism, drug abuse or both. <br /> <br />Townhouse (Town House) One of a series of three (3) or <br />more atached single family dwellings, two (2) or three <br />(3) stories in height which are separated horizontally <br />from one another by solid partition walls extendirlg from <br />basement to roof without openings. <br /> <br />Townhouse Apartment - One of a series of thr~e (3) or <br />more attached dwellings, two or three stories in height <br />for single-family occupancy which are separated from one <br />another by partition walls extending from basement to <br />roof without openings, but which are not located or <br />sited on individual subdivided lots. <br /> <br />Two-family Dwelling - A building containing two dwelling <br />units and designed for occupancy by two families living <br />independently of each other. <br /> <br />Use - The purpose or activity for which land or a <br />building thereon is designed, arranged or intendpd or <br />for which it is maintained, and shall include .~ny manner <br />or performance of such activity with respect to the <br />perforl0ance requirements of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Use Certificate - A permit issued by the Zoning <br />Administrator prior to occupancy of any nonresidontial <br />structure. <br /> <br />Us~ Limitations - Regulations intended to delimit or <br />emphasize the desired nature and quality of uses <br />permitted within a business, manufacturing or special <br />district. <br /> <br />Use ~equlations - Regulations which relate to specific <br />quantifiable use conditions such as density or intensity <br />or to building size, bulk or siting conditions occurring <br />anywhere and for any type of building located within a <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br /> <br />
