It is not a commercial vehicle, <br />(2) It does not contain any visible load, <br /> indicating a product or service of deliv- <br /> ery, in the truck bed while parked, <br />(3) It has its tailgate (if any) secured in <br /> an upright position (except when loading <br /> or unloading), <br /> It contains no self-contained camping <br /> unit, <br />(5) It has no more than two wheels per axle, <br />(6) It is parked in the immediate vicinity of <br /> the place of residence of the registered <br /> owner~ <br />(7) There is no off-street parking (as <br /> defzned by Municigal Code) available at <br /> the residence of the registered owner, <br />(8) It does not exceed six and one-half <br /> (6 ~/2) feet in height (including acces- <br /> ories or 200 inches in length. <br />(9) There is a special truck-permit parking <br /> sticker affixed to the left rear window. <br /> The sticker will be ~ssued on an annual <br /> basis provided: <br /> <br />The owner must apply with the Finance <br />Department for a truck parking stick- <br />er. At time of application= the owner <br />must pay a t~enty-five dollar <br />($25.00) application fee with proof <br />of valid license and registration. <br /> <br />Prior to approval the city staff will <br />verify unavailability of the off- <br />street parking, items noted under one <br />(i) through eight (8) and the com- <br />pleted application, prior to initial <br />approval. <br /> <br /> <br />
