parties. This Agreement shall be amended only in writing and <br />effective when signed by the parties. <br /> <br /> 7. Remedies. The parties acknowledge that both parties <br />are relying upon this Agreement in planning for the <br />rehabilitation of the Tivoli Building and the preservation of the <br />neighborhood. The parties further declare that the terms of this <br />Agreement are contractual and not a mere recital.
