Research and development establishments engaged in the development <br />of electronic equipment, precision instruments oP minlaturized <br />prototypes, so long as the occupancy of such an establishment at any <br />one time does not exceed one (1) employee per one hundred seventy <br />(170) square feet of gross office, laboratory, processing oP <br />assembly floor area, and the use is not classified by the University <br />City Building Code as being in the High Hazard Use Group. <br /> <br />Access road serving commercial development in or out of PA <br />districts. <br /> <br />Outdoor bus parking facility, provided: <br />1) the primary use of the buses is to transport persons to or <br /> from the principal buildings located on the same zoning lot <br /> and on abutting zoning lots under a single ownership, <br />2) the buses are parked on a zoning lot with an area of three (3) <br /> or more acres, <br />3) the total area of the bus parking is not more than 254 of the <br /> area of building coverage of the principal building on the <br /> zoning lot, and <br />4) the bus parking is adequately screened from view from <br /> adjoining streets and residential uses. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any <br />person, firm oP corporation from any penalty incurred by the Violation of Section <br />34-49.3, nor bar the prosecution of any such Violation. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions <br />of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties <br />provided In Chapter 34 and in Chapter 1. Section 1-8 Of the Municipal Code of the <br />City of University City. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
