Sign= All definitions pertaining to signs and signing are contained <br />in Article VIII of this chapter. <br /> <br />Site Plan: cf. Section 34-69.2c. <br /> <br />Site Plan Revie~ cf. Section 34-69. <br /> <br />Story= That portion of a building included between the surface of <br />any floor, and the surface of the next floor above it, oP if there <br />is no floor above it. then the space between such floor and the <br />ceiling next above it. <br /> <br />Structure= Anything constructed or erected with a fixed location on <br />the ground, or attached to something having or requiring a fixed <br />location on the ground. <br /> <br />Substance Abuse Treatment Center: Any premises, other than a <br />convalescent home. nursing home, hospital or office. providing <br />treatment and rehabilitation fop alcoholism, drug abuse or both. <br /> <br />Townhouse (Town House): One of a series of three (3) or more <br />attached single family dwellings, two (2) oP three (3) stories in <br />height which are separated horizontally from one another by solid <br />partition walls extending from basement to roof without openings. <br /> <br />Townhouse Apartment= One of a series of three (3) or more attached <br />dwellings, two (2) or three (3) stories in height, for single-family <br />occupancy which are separated from one another by partition walls <br />extending from basement to roof without openings, but which are not <br />located or sited on individual subdivided lots. <br /> <br />Two-Family Dwelling: A building containing two (2) dwelling units <br />and designed for occupancy by two (2) families living independently <br />of each other. <br /> <br />Use: The purpose or activity for which land or a building thereon <br />is designed, arranged or intended or for which it is maintained, and <br />shall include any manner or performance of such activity with <br />respect to the performance requirements of this chapter. <br /> <br />Use Certificate= A permit issued by the Zoning Administrator prior <br />to occupancy of any nonresidential structure. <br /> <br />Use Limitations: Regulations intended to delimit or emphasize the <br />desired nature and quality of uses permitted within a business, <br />manufacturing or special district. <br /> <br />Use Regulations= Regulations which relate to specific quantifiable <br />use conditions such as density or intensity or to building size. <br />bulk or siting conditions occurring anywhere and fop any type of <br />building located within a given zoning district. <br /> <br />Walk-UpApar~lent: cf.
