5. Waiver of Default. No waiver of any default shall be <br />implied from any omission by the Authority to take any action on <br />account of such default if such default persists or is repeated, <br />and no express waiver shall affect any default other than the <br />default specified in the express waiver and then only for the <br />term and to the extent therein stated. One or more waivers by <br />the Authority of a breach of any covenant, term or condition of <br />this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any <br />subsequent breach of the same or any other covenant, term or <br />condition. The consent or approval by the Authority to or of any <br />act by Redeveloper requiring the Authority's approval or consent <br />shall not be deemed to waive or render unnecessary the <br />Authority's consent or approval to or of any subsequent similar <br />acts by Redeveloper. <br /> <br /> 6. Inspection and Access. During the term of this <br />Agreement, during ordinary business hours, the Authority and its <br />duly authorized agents and representatives shall have the right <br />to enter upon the Property and any improvements thereon for the <br />purpose of inspecting same to determine compliance with the <br />Redevelopment Proposal, the Urban Renewal Plan and with this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br /> 8.
