Section 4. The officials set fodh in Section 1, who are required to operate <br />their own automobiles may, after prior authorization of the City Manager, receive <br />compensation as provided in Section 2 in a monthly amount not to exceed the <br />amount set fodh in Adicle 1. <br /> <br /> Section 5.
