SAME- CLASSIFICATION OF LICENSES; FEES, TERMS AND REGULATIONS," AND "SECTION 4-8. LICENSE-ISSUANCE TO BUSINESS NEAR SCHOOL, CHURCH, SYNAGOGUE OR OTHER BUILDING REGULARLY USED AS A PLACE OF RELIGIOUS WORSHIP," AND "SECTION 4-22. HOURS OF SALE; SALE ON SUNDAY; HOURS OF CLOSING. THEREBY AMENDING SAID SECTIONS SO AS TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TO CERTAIN MUSIC SCHOOLS; AND AUTHORIZE SALES ON SUNDAY; CONTAINING A SAVING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City, relating to alcoholic beverages, is hereby amended by repealing Section 4-7 thereof, relating to intoxicating liquor licenses-classification of licenses; fees, terms and regulations, and Section 4-8 thereof, relating to intoxicating liquor license-issuance to business near church, synagogue or school building, and Section 4-22 thereof, relating to hours of sale, sale on Sunday and hours of closing, and enacting in lieu thereof new sections to be known as "Section 4-7. Same-classification of licenses; fees, terms and regulations," and ~Section 4-8. license-issuance to business near school, church, synagogue or other building regularly used as a place of religious worship," and Section 4-22. Hours of sale; sale on Sunday; hours of closing;" so that Sections 4-7, 4-8, and 4-22, as so amended, shall read as follows: Section 4-7. Same-Classification of licenses; fees, terms and regulations.
