(a) <br /> <br />For the privilege of manufacturing and brewing in this city malt liquor <br />containing not in excess of five percent (5%) of alcohol by weight, the sum of <br />three hundred dollars ($300.00); <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />For the privilege of manufacturing in this city intoxicating liquor containing not <br />in excess of twenty-two percent (22%) of alcohol by weight, the sum of one <br />hundred fifty dollars ($150.00); <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />For the privilege of manufacturing, distilling or blending intoxicating liquor of all <br />kinds within this city, the sum of three hundred dollars ($300.00); <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />For the privilege of manufacturing, in quantities not to exceed five thousand <br />(5,000) gallons, light wine containing not in excess of fourteen percent (14%) <br />of alcohol by weight exclusively from grapes, berries and other fruits and <br />vegetables grown in the State of Missouri, there shall be paid to and collected <br />by the city, in lieu of the charges provided herein, a license fee of five dollars <br />($5.00) for each five hundred (500) gallons, or fraction thereof. A manufacturer <br />licensed under this section shall be privileged to sell to consumers at the winery <br />in lots not to exceed four and seven-eighths (4 7/8) gallons, and to sell to duly <br />licensed wholesalers or duly licensed retail dealers in lots of five (5) gallons or <br />more. <br /> <br />(2) Wholesalers: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />For the privilege of selling to duly licensed wholesalers and soliciting orders for <br />the sale of malt liquor containing not in excess of five percent (5%) of alcohol <br />by weight, to, by or through a duly licensed wholesaler within this city, the sum <br />of seventy-five dollars ($75.00); <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />For the privilege of selling to duly licensed wholesalers and soliciting orders for <br />the sale of intoxicating liquor containing not in excess of twenty-two percent <br />(22%) of alcohol by weight, to, by or through a duly licensed wholesaler, the <br />sum of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00); <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />For the privilege of selling to duly licensed wholesalers and soliciting orders for <br />the sale of intoxicating liquor of all kinds, to, by or through a duly licensed <br />wholesaler, the sum of three hundred seventy-five dollars ($375.00); <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />For the privilege of selling intoxicating liquor containing not in excess of five <br />percent (5%) of alcohol by weight by a wholesaler to a person duly licensed <br />to sell such malt liquor at retail, the sum of seventy-five dollars ($75.00); <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />For the privilege of selling intoxicating liquor containing not in excess of twenty- <br />two percent (22%) of alcohol by weight by a wholesaler to a person duly <br /> <br /> <br />
