members of such club, members of any group or organization during the time that such group or organization is actually occupying the premises, or any part thereof, at the invitation or by the consent of such club, or any person while in attendance at any function conducted by such group or organization. No signs advertising the sale of alcoholic beverages shall be displayed on the premises of any such club. (4) All licenses issued under this section shall expire on the thirty-first day of December following the date of its issuance; provided, that if the effective date thereof is on or after the first day of July of any year, half the annual fee herein provided for shall be paid. Section 4-8. License--Issuance to business near school, church, synagogue or other building regularly used as a place of religious worship. Except as permitted by Section 4-7(3)(d)(I), no license for the sale of all kinds of intoxicating liquor by the drink shall be issued to any applicant who proposes to, operate such place of business within a distance of one hundred fifty (150) feet of any school, church, synagogue, or other building regularly used as a place of religious worship, exclusive of the grounds surrounding same, or of any public park or playground, or in violation of any zoning law in force and effect, or in violation of any restriction on the use of any real estate in the city. Such distance shall be measured in a horizontal plane and shall be measured between those two (2)points or edges of the building areas occupied by such places of business, and which points or edges are determined by locating the shortest possible linear distances between such places of business. Section 4-22. Hours of sale; sale on Sunday; hours of closing. (1) No person having a license under this article, nor any employee of such person, shall sell, give away, or otherwise dispose of, or suffer the same to be done upon or about the licensee's premises, any intoxicating liquor in any quantity between the hours of 1:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on weekdays and between the hours of 1:30 a.m. Sunday and 6:00 a.m. Monday. (2) If a person has a license to sell intoxicating liquor by the drink under this article, the licensee's premises shall be and remain a closed place as defined in this section between the hours of 1:30 a.m and 6:00 a.m. on weekdays and between the hours of 1:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Monday.
