(2) <br /> <br />The court costs collected by the municipal court clerk pursuant <br />to paragraph (d)(1) shall be disbursed to St. Louis County at <br />least monthly to use only for the purpose of providing operation <br />expenses for shelters for battered persons as defined in Sections <br />455.200 to 455.230 RSMo. <br /> <br />(e) In addition to all other court costs: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />A judge of the municipal court shall assess court costs of five <br />dollars ($5.00) against any defendant who violates a municipal <br />ordinance as an operator of a motorcycle or motortricycle. The <br />clerk of the municipal coud shall collect such court costs. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />A judge of the municipal court shall assess coud costs of five <br />dollars ($5.00) against any defendant who violates a municipal <br />ordinance as an operator of a motor vehicle where the <br />violation involves a motorcycle or motortricycle or where the <br />defendant as an operator of a motor vehicle causes an <br />accident involving a motorcycle or motortricycle. The clerk of <br />the municipal court shall collect such court costs. <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />Each court cost assessed under this paragraph shall be doubled <br />if the defendant at fault violated any municipal ordinance <br />relating to the consumption of alcohol. <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />The court costs collected by the municipal court clerk pursuant <br />to paragraph (e)(1-3) shall be paid into the State treasury <br />monthly to the credit of the motorcycle safety trust fund. <br /> <br /> Section ~). This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, <br />firm or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Section <br />1-8.2 nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
