(b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />In addition to all other court costs: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />A judge of the municipal court may assess a fee of up to two <br />dollars ($2.00) as court costs against a defendant in each court <br />proceeding for violation of a municipal ordinance, provided <br />that no such fee shall be collected for non-moving traffic <br />violations, and no such fee shall be collected when the <br />proceeding or the defendant has been dismissed by the court. <br />The clerk of the municipal court shall collect such court costs. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />The court costs collected by the municipal court clerk pursuant <br />to paragraph (b)(1) shall be transmiffed monthly to the director <br />of finance and used only to pay for training law enforcement <br />officers required as provided in Sections 590.100 to 590.180 <br />RSMo. <br /> <br />In addition to all other court costs: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />A judge of the municipal coud may assess a fee of up to one <br />dollar ($1.00) as court costs against a defendant in each court <br />proceeding for a violation of a municipal ordinance, provided <br />that no such fee shall be collected for non-moving traffic <br />violations, and no such fee shall be collected when the <br />proceeding or the defendant has been dismissed by the coud. <br />The clerk of the municipal court shall collect such court costs. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />The court costs collected by the municipal court clerk pursuant <br />to paragraph (c)(1) shall be disbursed to the Missouri Treasury to <br />the credit of the peace officer standards and training <br />commission fund created in Section 590.178 RSMo. <br /> <br />In addition to all other coud costs: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />A judge of the municipal court may assess court costs against <br />a defendant in an amount not to exceed one dollar ($1.00) per <br />case for each municipal ordinance violation case filed before <br />a municipal judge. The judge may waive assessment of such <br />coud costs in those cases where the defendant is found by the <br />judge to be indigent and unable to pay the court costs. The <br />clerk of the municipal coud clerk shall collect such court costs. <br /> <br /> <br />
