Amendment to Section 34-51.4, Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />Music teachers, provided that instructions shall be <br />limited to one (1) pupil at a time, except for <br />occasional groups. <br /> <br />c. Artists, sculptors and authors or composers. <br /> <br />Office facilities for architects, <br />lawyers, realtors, insurance agents, <br />members of similar professions. <br /> <br /> engineers, <br />brokers and <br /> <br />e. Ministers, rabbis, priests. <br /> <br />Office facilities for salesmen, sales <br />representatives, manufacturers' representatives, <br />when no retail or wholesale sales are made or <br />transacted on the premises, or where no warehousing <br />occurs. <br /> <br />Home crafts, such as model-making, rug weaving, <br />lapidary work, cabinetmaking, etc., provided that <br />no machinery or equipment be used or employed other <br />than that which would customarily be found in the <br />home. Machinery or equipment which would <br />customarily be found in the home shall include <br />.machinery or equipment that would customarily be <br />employed in connection with a hobby or a vocation <br />not conducted for gain or profit. <br /> <br />h. Family day care home. (Ord. No. 5172) <br /> <br />i. Bed and Breakfast Facility provided. that: <br /> 1) The maximum number of guests at any one time <br /> does not exceed five (5) and in no event shall <br /> the dwelling be utilized for a number of <br /> individuals in excess of that number permitted <br /> by the property maintenance code provisions. <br /> 2) The owner of the facility must reside on the <br /> premises at all times that a Bed and Breakfast <br /> facility guest is registered. <br /> Guests may not remain longer than fourteen <br /> (14) consecutive days, nor may the same guest <br /> reside within the facility more than a total <br /> of thirty (30) days per calendar year. <br /> 4) One off-street parking space shall be provided <br /> per guest room in addition to one off-street <br /> parking space for the owner of the dwelling. <br /> 5) The Bed and Breakfast facility shall provide <br /> meals only to its overnight guests. No food <br /> storage or preparation capabilities shall be <br /> provided in the guest rooms. <br /> 6) The Bed and Breakfast facility shall appear at <br /> all times as a single family dwelling. No <br /> <br /> <br />
