Use <br />Dwellings, apartments (including <br />garden and townhouse apartments <br /> <br />elevator, <br /> <br /> Minimum Parking Requirement <br />1.5 spaces for each dwelling unit, except that <br />2 spaces shall be provided for each dwelling <br />unit containing 2 or more bedrooms; plus <br />visitor parking for apartment dwellings with 6 <br />or more dwelling units, at the rate of 1 parking <br />space for each 6 dwelling units or fraction <br />thereof for the first 30 dwelling units and 1 <br />space for each additional 20 dwelling units. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or <br />corporation from any penalty incurred by the violation of Section 34-94.2, nor bar the prosecution <br />of any such violation. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
