(See Easement Plat Exhibit "A," drawing 8035E03A.dwg.) <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Northeast corner of Vernon and Midland- Requires an easement of about 700 feet along <br />Vernon in a triangular shape, and about 40 feet wide at the maximum point. Most of <br />this area is for the tunnel beneath the surface. There will be a temporary shaft at this <br />location of 21.5 feet in diameter. This temporary shaft would need to remain in place for <br />about 5 months. There would also need to be a 100 foot long by 80 feet wide working <br />area around the shaft. The permanent structures would be a maximum of three <br />manholes, with the only the standard MSD manhole covers at the surface.
