(e) In addition to all court costs: <br /> <br />A judge of the municipal court shall enter a judgment of five dollars ($5.00) <br />against any defendant who violates a municipal ordinance as an operator of <br />a motorcycle or motortricycle. The clerk of the municipal court shall collect <br />such judgments. <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />A judge of the municipal court shall enter a judgment of five dollars ($5.00) <br />against any defendant who violates a municipal ordinance as an operator of <br />a motor vehicle where the violation involves a motorcycle or motortricycle <br />or where the defendant as an operator of a motor vehicle causes an accident <br />involving a motorcycle or motortricycle. The clerk of the municipal court <br />shall collect such judgments. <br /> <br />(3) <br /> <br />The amounts assessable as judgments under this paragraph shall be doubled <br />if the defendant at fault violated any municipal ordinance relating to the <br />consumption of alcohol. <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />The judgments collected by the municipal court clerk pursuant to this <br />paragraph shall be paid into the State treasury monthly to the credit of the <br />motorcycle safety trust fund. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or <br />corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Section 1-8.2, nor bar the <br />prosecution for any such violation. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
