of the St. Louis County Records and said Lot 5 and part of 6 being more particularly described as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning in the south line of Delcrest Drive, 60 feet wide, at the northeast comer of Lot <br />5; thence north 12 degrees-- 44 minutes -- 30 seconds west a distance of 337.73 feet to a point; <br />thence south 54 deg~ ees -- 30 minutes west a distance of 569.42 feet to a point; thence north 11 <br />degrees m 41 minu':es east a distance of 671.70 feet to a point on the south line of Delcrest, 60 <br />feet wide; thence east along said south line an arc distance of 43.95 feet curving to the left and <br />having a radius of 822.00 feet to a point of compound curvature; thence continuing eastwardly <br />along said south line an arc distance of211.05 feet curving to the left and having a radius of <br />594.00 feet to the point of beginning and containing 3.93 acres more or less. <br /> <br /> Section 4. The Director of Finance is hereby directed to issue special tax bills in said <br />amounts to the property owners. The special tax bills shall become due and payable 60 days <br />after the date ofissm.; provided that at the request of the property owner, a special tax bill may <br />be paid in annual ins ailments, not to exceed five, beginning on the date of maturity. The special <br />tax bills shall bear in :erest at a rate of 8% per annum from maturity until paid. <br /> <br /> Section 5. Ex ery special tax bill shall be a first lien upon the property charged therewith, <br />from the date ofissuznce until paid. <br /> <br /> Section 6.
