commence work until they have obtained the insurance required within this section and provided <br />proof thereof to the City. All insurance coverages shall be with insurance carriers acceptable by <br />the City, which acceptance shall not be unreasonably withheld. If any insurance is written with a <br />deductible or self-insured retention, NEXTLINK and its contractor shall be solely responsible for <br />said deductible or self-insured retention. The purchase of insurance and the furnishing of a <br />certificate of insurance shall not be a satisfaction of NEXTLINK's indemnification of the City. <br />NEXTLINK is responsible to meet all OSHA requirements for on-the-job safety. NEXTLINK <br />and any of its contractors hired by NEXTLINK shall procure and maintain during the life of this <br />Agreement the following coverages: <br /> <br /> (a) Workers' Compensation Insurance in accordance with all applicable <br />statutes of the State of Missouri. Coverage shall include Employers Liability Coverage. <br /> <br /> (b) Commercial General Liability Insurance on an occurrence basis with limits <br />of liability not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate for Personal <br />Injury, Bodily Injury and Property Damage. Coverage shall include the following extensions: <br /> <br />(2) <br />(3) <br />(4) <br />(5) <br /> <br />Contractual Liability <br />Products and Completed Ope;'ations <br />Independent Contractors Coverage <br />Broad Form General Liability Extensions or equivalent <br />Coverage for X, C and U Hazards <br /> <br /> (c) Motor Vehicle Liability Coverage for all vehicles used in the performing of <br />the contract. Limits of Liability shall not be less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 <br />in the aggregate for Bodily Injury and Property Damage. <br /> <br /> (d) Additional Insured. Commercial General Liability Insurance as described <br />above shall include an endorsement stating that the City, including all elected and appointed <br />officials, all employees and volunteers, all boards, commissions and/or authorities and their board <br />members, employees and volunteers, shall be an additional insured. <br /> <br /> (e) Cancellation Notice. Workers' Compensation Insurance, Commercial <br />General Liability Insurance, and Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance as described above shall <br />include an endorsement stating that thirty (30) days advance written notice of cancellation, <br />nonrenewal, reduction and/or material change shall be sent to: <br /> <br />-8- <br /> <br /> <br />
