<br />Section 9.16.130, relating to institutional vandalism;
<br />Subdivision 1 ofsubsection B of Section 9.16.140, relating to tampering with
<br />property in the second degree;
<br />Subdivision 1,2,3,4,6,7 or 8 of subsection A of Section 9.24.030, relating to
<br />unlawful use of weapons; or
<br />No person shall communicate in writing, by telephone, facsimile, Internet or
<br />other digital format, a threat to commit a misdemeanor involving violence or
<br />property damage or to commit a felony.

<br />9.16.13 0 Institutional vandalism.
<br />
<br />A person commits the violation of institutional vandalism by knowingly vandalizing,
<br />defacing or otherwise damaging:

<br />Any church, synagogue or other building, structure or place used for religious
<br />worship or other religious purpose;
<br />Any cemetery, mortuary, military monument or other facility used for the purpose

<br />Any school, educational facility, community center, hospital or medical clinic owned
<br />and operated by a religious or sectarian group;
<br />The grounds adjacent to, and owned or rented by, any institution, facility, building,
<br />structure or place described in subsection 1,2, or 3 of this section;
<br />Any personal property contained in any institution, facility, building, structure or
<br />place described in subsection 1,2, or 3 of this section; or
<br />Any motor vehicle which is owned, operated, leased or under contract by a school
<br />district or a private school for the transportation of children.

<br />9.16.140 Tampering with property in the second degree.
<br />
<br />A. Definitions. As used in this section, the following terms mean:
<br />
<br />"Utility," an enterprise which provides gas, electric, steam, water, sewerage
<br />disposal or communication services and any common carrier. It may be
<br />either publicly or privately owned or operated;
<br />
<br />"To tamper," to interfere with something improperly, to meddle with,
<br />displace it, make unwarranted alterations in its existing condition, or to
<br />deprive, temporarily, the owner or possessor of that thing.
<br />
<br />A person commits the violation of tampering with property in the second degree if
<br />he or she:
<br />
<br />Tampers with property of another for the purpose of causing substantial
<br />inconvenience to that person or another; or
<br />Tampers or makes connections with property of a utility; or
<br />
