emergency medical service personnel to gain immediate access. The code official <br />shall have possession of the key which unlocks the key box. Duplicate keys may be <br />provided by the code official to fire, police and emergency medical service <br />personnel, and the owner or possessor of the property. This section shall not apply <br />to any residential structure unless it has a common corridor for access to the living <br />units and access to the structure is restricted through a locked door, and it shall not <br />apply to individual living or storage units within such a residential structure. <br /> <br />Section F-110.3.3 Street obstructions: No person shall erect, construct, place or <br />maintain any fence, gate, chain, bar, pipe, wood or metal horse or any other type of <br />obstruction in or on any street or alley unless such obstruction is easily capable of <br />being immediately removed. No obstruction shall be locked unless the locking <br />device is approved by the code official. If locked, the code official shall have <br />possession of the key to unlock it. Duplicate keys may be provided to fire, police, <br />and emergency medical service personnel. The owner or possessor of the street or <br />alley shall have the fight to obtain a duplicate key, and if owned or possessed by a <br />private subdivision the trustees shall have such fight. This section applies to any <br />alley or roadway accessible to the public for vehicular traffic, including, but not <br />limited to, private alleys, streets or access lanes, as well as public alleys, streets and <br />highways. <br /> <br />Section F-112.3 Penalty for violations: Any person who shall violate any of the <br />provisions of this code or fail to comply with any order issued pursuant to any <br />section thereof shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in <br />Chapter 1.12, Section 1.12.010 of the University City Municipal Code. Each day <br />that any violation of this code continues shall constitute a separate offense. <br /> <br />Section F-113.2 Membership of board: The board of appeals shall consist of seven <br />members appointed by the City Council. Board members shall be appointed for five <br />year terms and serve until a successor is appointed. <br /> <br />Section F-113.2.1 Qualifications: At least three of the members of the board of <br />appeals shall have at least ten years of experience as a registered architect, builder, <br />superintendent of building construction or as a registered professional engineer with <br />structural, civil or architectural engineering experience. <br /> <br />Section F-113.7 Court review: Deleted in its entirety. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or <br />corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Chapter 8.08, nor bar the <br />prosecution for any such violation. <br /> <br />Section 3.
