From and after June 29, 1994, a full-time non-executive, non- <br />administrative or non-professional employees shall be subject to the work week or work <br />cycle and regulations relating to overtime work except as noted. A listing of executive, <br />administrative, and professionally designated employees or positions shall be issued by <br />the City Manager. <br /> <br />1. Department heads shall not be paid overtime nor receive compensatory time for hours <br />worked in excess of 40 per week. <br /> <br />2. Department heads may grant compensatory time on a straight time basis to their <br />designated executive, administrative, or professional employees for hours worked in <br />excess of 40 per week.
