The Developers or its successors or assigns shah maintain all structures, equipment, paved <br />areas, and landscaped areas in good and safe order both inside and outside, stmcturally and <br />otherwise, including necessary and proper painting. Failure to meet these requirements may <br />result in suspension of tax abatement by the LCRA. <br /> <br />8. URBAN DESIGN <br /> <br />a. Urban Design <br /> <br />This Plan requires attractive, first-rate, and energy efficient materials to be used in all new <br />construction wherever possible, on-site parking, laundry, recreational facihties, multipurpose <br />rooms and other facihties of convenience to its residents and guests. The Incomplete Facihty <br />shah be covered with an attractive masonry veneer. The overall development shah be of an <br />attractive, high-quahty residential character. <br /> <br />b. Landscaping <br /> <br />The property surrounding any building improvements shah be well-landscaped, including <br />trees, shrubs, grass and flowers along aH public or private streets to the extent feasible. <br /> <br />9. PARKING REGULATIONS <br /> <br />Parking shah be provided in accordance with the Zoning Code. <br /> <br />All interior parking facilities shah comply in aH respects with I996 BOCA National Building <br />Code requirements, including Section 408.0, applicable to public garages, shah be equipped <br />with an automatic sprinkler system, shah have floors finished with non-combustible materials, <br />and shah be adequately ventilated. <br /> <br />At least 1.5 parking spaces per residential unit shah be available to residents. <br /> <br />10. SIGN REGULATIONS <br /> <br />Developer shah comply with aH City ordinances regarding signage. <br /> <br />11.
