Workmanlike: Executed in a skilled manner; e.g. generally plumb, level, square, in line, <br />undamaged and without marring adjacent work. <br /> <br />Yard: An open space on the same lot with a structure. <br /> <br />(SECTION PM-302.0 EXTERIOR PROPERTY AREAS) <br /> <br />PM-302.3 Sidewalks and driveways: All sidewalks, walk-ways, stairs, driveways, parking <br />spaces and similar areas shall be kept in a proper state of repair, and maintained free from <br />hazardous ennditions. Stairs shall comply with the requirements in Sections PM-304.4 and <br />PM-702.9. <br /> <br />PM-303.4 Landscaping: Exterior property on residential premises shall be provided with <br />lawn or ground cover of vegetation or shrubs, covering an area of not less than 10 percent <br />of the total lot area. All exterior property areas which are not covered by vegetation shall be <br />treated to prevent the blowing or scattering of dust particles in the air. Any tree, shrub or <br />other plant material on the premises which overhangs a public entrance, driveway, or public <br />walk shall be trimmed to avoid obstruction of view or movement of vehicles and pedestrians. <br />Weeds and grass shall be maintained at a height of not more than 8 inches (203 mm) on all <br />exterior property, except weeds and grass on unimproved parcels of land shall be maintained <br />at a height of not more than 12 inches (305 mm). The area along fences and along <br />foundations shall be maintained free of volunteer growth of trees and shrubs. <br /> <br />PM-302.7.1 Fences: Fences shall be maintained in a good state of repair and shall not be <br />allowed to deteriorate to an unsound or unsightly appearance.
