BILL NO. ~6"J ~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO.~4~ 3~' ~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE GRANTING, SELLING AND CONVEYING A PARCEL OF <br />LAND AT 7015 DARTMOUTH AVENUE TO ROBERT W. NEVINGER. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br />MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The City of University City, Missouri, is the owner of a parcel of land at 7015 <br />Dartmouth Avenue, within the City of University City, in St. Louis County, Missouri, more fully <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />University Park Subdivision Block 18, Lot 5, unimproved. Locator number 17J220137. <br /> <br /> Section 2. In consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) and other <br />valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the City of <br />University City, Missouri hereby grants, sells .and conveys said property to Robert W. Nevinger. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
