PROPOSITION ~-~ <br /> <br />Shall the City of University City, Missouri impose an additional sales tax of one-fourth of <br />one percent for the purpose of providing additional funding for storm water control and <br />local parks for the City of University City? <br /> <br />"']Yes [~] No <br /> <br />If you are in favor the proposition, place an "X" in the box opposite "Yes." If you are <br />opposed to the proposition, place an "X" in the box opposite "No." <br /> <br /> Section 3. If a majority of the votes cast on Proposition __~ by the qualified <br />voters voting thereon are in favor of the proposition, then said one-fourth of one percent <br />sales tax shall be in effect. Otherwise, said sales tax shall not take effect. <br /> <br /> Section 4. <br />laws. <br /> <br />Said election shall be held in full compliance with all applicable <br /> <br /> Section 5. The City Clerk is directed to notify the Board of Election <br />Commissioners of St. Louis County, Missouri of the election and Proposition ~_ prior to <br />5:00 p.m. on August 27, 2002, as required by law. <br /> <br /> Section 6.
