(9) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Cable Ordinance, the <br />security fund required of Franchisee under this Franchise Agreement shall not'exceed the <br />sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00). <br /> <br /> (10) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Ordinance, Franchisee <br />may continue to assess charges upon a subscriber as necessary to ensure return of any <br />Franchisee equipment held by that subscriber after disconnection. <br /> <br />10. Guarantee. <br /> CCH unconditionally guarantees the performance of all obligations of Charter <br />pursuant to this Franchise Agreement and shall be jointly and severally liable on such <br />obligations with Charter. <br /> <br />11. Equal Employment Opportunity. <br /> The Franchisee shall not refuse to employ, discharge from employment, or <br />discriminate against any Person in compensation or in terms, conditions, or privileges of <br />employment because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, or age. The Franchisee <br />shall comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations regarding equal <br />employment opportunities, as the same may be from time to time amended, including but <br />not limited to 47 U.S.C. 554. <br /> <br />20 <br /> <br /> <br />
