August 2, 2002 Text Amendment Ordinance Page 14 of 21 <br />~.[add sections 34-30.6 - SR, 34-31.6 - LR, 34-32.6 - MR and 34-33.6 HR Other <br />Development Standards], Sections 34-34.6 HRO, 34-35.6 LC, 34-36.6 GC, 34-37.6 CC, 34-38.6 <br />IC, 34-39.6 PA and 34-40.8 PD): <br /> <br />[insert appropriate number for that section] For all developments requiring new <br />curb-cuts along county or state roadways, curb-cuts shall be approved by the <br />proper state and/or county agencies. If there is a substantial change in site design <br />caused by those approvals, the applicant shall resubmit the changes to Department <br />of planning Development, the Plan Commission and/or the City Council <br />(whichever approvals were originally required). <br /> <br />~.[add sections 34-30.6 - SR, 34-31.6 - LR, 34-32.6 - MR and 34-33.6 HR Other <br />Development Standards], Sections 34-34.6 HRO, 34-35.6 LC, 34-36.6 GC, 34-37.6 CC, 34-38.6 <br />IC, 34-39.6 PA and 34-40.8 PD: <br /> <br />[insert appropriate number for that section] For all new developments or those <br />uses requiring substantial exterior construction, a detailed construction traffic <br />control and parking plan should be submitted to the Director of Planning for <br />approval. It shall further detail <br />solutions to public property maintenance issues such as street cleaning and <br />traffic diversion.
