August 2, 2002 Text Amendment Ordinance Page 2 of 2! <br />34-106.2(4); 34-106.3(5); 34-78; 34-72.4; 34-61; 34-10; 34-10 and 34-93.4; 34-55.1; 34-64.4(9); <br />34-10; 34-37.5(2); 34-104.1; 34-104.2; 34-110.2; 34-10 and 34-36.4 and 34-37.4 and 34-38.4; <br />34-133; 34-94.1; 34-30.6, 31.6, 32.6, 33.6, 34.6, 35.6, 36.6, 37.6, 38.6, 39.6 and 40.6; 34-120; <br />34-78.1; 34-75 through 34-77; and 34-35.6, 34-36.6, 34-37.6 of the University City Zoning Code <br />by adding provisions to clarify and update said sections; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, due notice of public hearings to be held by the City Council in the City <br />Council Chambers at City Hall at 7:30 p.m. on May 30, 2002, was duly published in the St. <br />Louis Countian, a newspaper of general circulation within said City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said public hearings were held at the time and place specified in said notice, <br />and all suggestions or objections concerning said amendment were duly heard and considered by <br />the City Council; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Chapter 34 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City, <br />Missouri, relating to zoning is hereby amended by repealing the following Sections and relating <br />to the descriptions thereafter 34-56.2 - Dimensional Regulations (For Accessory Structures) And <br />34-30.4 Conditional Uses in The Sr District; 34-106.2(4) - Primary Signs - Freestanding Primary <br />Signs; 34-106.3(5) - Secondary Signs - Temp. Promotional Displays; 34-78 - Historic <br />Preservation - Permit to Demolish; 34-72.4 - Historic Preservation Commission Powers And <br />Duties; 34-61 - Fence Regulations; 34-10 - Definitions - Passenger Vehicle, Private; 34-10 - <br />Definitions - Recreational Equipment, Major And 34-93.4 - Prohibited Off-street Parking <br />Activities And Uses; 34-55.1 - General Setback Exceptions For Rear And Side Yards; 34-64.4(9) <br />- Permitted Uses (Telecommunications Antennas); 34-10 - Definitions - Minor Motor Vehicle <br />Repairs; 34-37.5(2) - "Cc" District Building Setback Requirements; 34-104.1 - Prohibited Signs <br />(Crude or Amateurish); 34-104.2 - Permitted Signs (Construction Signs); 34-110.2 - Zoning <br />Administrator Duties; 34-10 - Definitions - Resale/thrift Shops And Tatoo Parlor And 34-36.4 <br />Conditional Uses in The Gc District And 34-37.4 Conditional Uses in The Cc District And 34- <br />38.4 Conditional Uses in The Ic District; 34-133 - Terms And Limitations For Cond.
