BILL NO. <~b~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE GRANTING, SELLiNG AND CONVEYING A PARCEL OF <br />LAND AT 6301 CLEMENS AVENUE TO PARKVIEW GARDENS <br />ASSOCIATION. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE cOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, <br />MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City of University City, Missouri is the owner of a parcel of land at 6301 <br />Clemens Avenue, more fully described as follows: <br /> <br />North Parkview Subdivision Block 8, Lot Parts 38 and 39, unimproved. Plat Book 11, Page 4; <br />Locator Number 18H421301. <br /> <br /> Section2. In consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00) and other valuable <br />consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the City of University <br />City, Missouri hereby grants, sells and conveys said property to Parkview Gardens Association. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
