establishment, operation and maintenance of the Cross County MetroLink Segment I <br />Extension and for the placement of necessary and appropriate utilities, the City of <br />University City, Missouri hereby grants and conveys to Bi-State a permanent easement <br />under, over or across the following streets, public rights-of-way and green space <br />properties located within and owned by the City of University City, Missouri: <br /> <br />that portion of an approximately twenty (20) foot alleyway located <br />west of Big Bend Boulevard and parallel to and south of the Forest <br />Park Parkway beginning at the west line of Big Bend Boulevard and <br />extending westward approximately two hundred eighty five (285) <br />feet only as generally shown on the aerial photograph attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />that portion of an approximately thirty (30) foot green space <br />beginning at the west line of Quadrangle Management Company, <br />being approximately two hundred fifty (250) feet west of the west <br />line of Big Bend Boulevard and extending to the east line of <br />Wellesley Avenue, both located north of and adjacent to the Forest <br />Park Parkway, as generally shown on the aerial photograph <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />that portion of an approximately twenty (20) foot alleyway lying <br />north of the Forest Park Parkway and adjacent to, and north of, the <br />property described in Section I(b) above beginning at the west line <br />of the Quadrangle Management Company property, being <br />approximately two hundred fifty (250) feet west of the west line of <br />Big Bend Boulevard and extending to the east line of Wellesley <br />Avenue as generally shown on the aerial photograph attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />that portion of Pershing Avenue located at the intersection of <br />Pershing and the Forest Park Parkway and extending along <br />Pershing Avenue from the east line of Wellesley Avenue extended <br />to a point two hundred eighty (280) feet west of the east line of <br />Wellesley Avenue extended as generally shown on the aerial <br />photograph attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein <br />by this reference. <br /> <br />that portion of Pratt Avenue, and property formerly known as Pratt <br />Avenue, running generally parallel to the Forest Park Parkway and <br />extending from the east line of Wellesley Avenue extended, to the <br />southwest line of Maryland Avenue as generally shown on the <br />aerial photograph attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br /> <br />that portion of Westmoreland Drive located at the intersection of <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
