establishment, operation and maintenance of the Cross County MetroLink Segment I Extension and for the placement of necessary and appropriate utilities, the City of University City, Missouri hereby grants and conveys to Bi-State a permanent easement under, over or across the following streets, public rights-of-way and green space properties located within and owned by the City of University City, Missouri: that portion of an approximately twenty (20) foot alleyway located west of Big Bend Boulevard and parallel to and south of the Forest Park Parkway beginning at the west line of Big Bend Boulevard and extending westward approximately two hundred eighty five (285) feet only as generally shown on the aerial photograph attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference. that portion of an approximately thirty (30) foot green space beginning at the west line of Quadrangle Management Company, being approximately two hundred fifty (250) feet west of the west line of Big Bend Boulevard and extending to the east line of Wellesley Avenue, both located north of and adjacent to the Forest Park Parkway, as generally shown on the aerial photograph attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference.
