Westmoreland and the Forest Park Parkway beginning at the <br />northeast line of Westmoreland Drive where it intersects the <br />northwest line of property formerly known as Pratt Avenue and <br />extending to the southwest line of Westmoreland Drive where it <br />intersects the northwest line of the property formerly known as Pratt <br />Avenue, and being approximately forty (40) feet wide running <br />northwest of and parallel to the northwest line of property formerly <br />known as Pratt Avenue as shown generally on the aerial <br />photograph attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein <br />by this reference. <br /> <br />go <br /> <br />that portion of Forsyth Boulevard beginning at the extension of the <br />south line of Bland Avenue and extending approximately two <br />hundred twenty (220) feet to the northwest as generally shown on <br />the aerial photograph attached hereto as Exhibit A and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />that portion of the property commonly known as Ackert Walkway, <br />full width of said Ackert Walkway, and extending north from the <br />north line of the Forest Park Parkway is a distance of approximately <br />thirty (30) feet along the east line of said Ackert Walkway, and a <br />distance of approximately thirty-two (32) feet along the west line of <br />said Ackert Walkway as generally shown on the aerial photograph <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br /> <br />that portion of Forest Park Parkway, extending along Forest Park <br />Parkway from the east line of the city limits of the City of University <br />City to the west line of the city limits of the City of University City to <br />the extent that the City of University City may hold any interest or <br />ownership therein. <br /> <br /> It is understood that the aforementioned permanent easements granted in <br />this Section I are granted and conveyed by the City of University City, Missouri to Bi- <br />State for the location of Bi-State's tracks and appurtenant facilities associated with the <br />construction, establishment, operation and maintenance of the Cross County MetroLink <br />Segment I Extension, including the relocation of the MSD sewer line and other <br />necessary and appropriate utilities. <br /> <br /> The owners of the properties adjacent to the rights-of-way that are the <br />subject of the permanent easements granted in this Section I shall not place any <br />improvements upon, over or in the lands that are the subject of the easements granted <br />herein by this Ordinance without a lawful permit from the City of University City, <br />Missouri, and the written consent of Bi-State. <br /> <br /> Section II. In furtherance of and for the purpose of the construction, <br />establishment, operation and maintenance of the Cross County MetroLink Segment I <br /> 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
