Section 1. A special election is hereby called and ordered to be held in the <br />City on Tuesday, February 3, 2004, for the purpose of submitting to the qualified voters <br />of the City the following proposition: <br /> <br />PROPOSITION S <br /> <br /> Shall a charge not to exceed fifty dollars be assessed annually on residential <br />propertyfor each lateral sewer service line serving six or less dwelling units on that <br />property and condominiums that have six or less condominium units per building and any <br />condominium responsible for its own individual lateral sewer line to provide funds to pay <br />the cost of certain repairs of those lateral sewer service lines which may be billed <br />quarterly or annually? <br /> <br />[] Yes [] No <br /> <br /> Section 2. Said election shall be held in compliance with all applicable laws. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
