A "closed place" is defined to mean a place where all doors are locked and <br />where no patrons are in the place or about the premises. <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit the sale or delivery of <br />any intoxicating liquor during any of the hours or on any of the days <br />specified in this section by a wholesaler licensed under the provisions of <br />Section 311.180 RSMo to a person licensed to sell the intoxicating liquor <br />at retail. <br /> <br />Day and on the Sunday on which the national championship game of <br />National Football League is played, commonly known as "Super Bowl <br />Sunday," any person having a license to sell intoxicating liquor by the <br />drink may be open for business and sell intoxicating liquor by the drink <br />under the provisions of the license on that day from the time and until the <br />time which would be lawful on another day of the week, notwithstanding <br />any provisions of the law to the contrary. <br /> <br />Any person licensed to sell intoxicating liquor under this article, who is <br />licensed under the provisions of Section 311.097 RSMo (restaurant bar) or <br />311.293 RSMo (package liquor) to sell intoxicating liquor between the <br />hours of nine a.m. and midnight on Sunday, or who is licensed under the <br />provisions of Section 311.090 RSMo (certain tax-exempt organizations) to <br />sell intoxicating liquor between the hours of nine a.m. and midnight on <br />Sunday and is a music school licensed pursuant to Section <br />5.08.090(C)(4)(a), may apply to the finance director for a license to sell <br />intoxicating liquor on Sunday. A licensee under this subsection shall pay <br />to the finance director an additional fee of three hundred dollars ($300.00) <br />a year for the privilege of selling intoxicating liquor on Sunday, payable at <br />the same time and in the same manner as its other license fees. <br /> <br />Any person licensed to sell intoxicating liquor on Sunday pursuant to <br />subsection E of this section may be open for business and sell intoxicating <br />liquor between the hours of one p.m. and midnight on Sunday, <br />notwithstanding any provisions of law to the contrary. <br /> <br />Go <br /> <br />Any person licensed to sell intoxicating liquor under this action, who is <br />licensed under the provisions of section 311.097 RSM0 (restaurant bar) <br />and subsection E of this section, may be open for business and sell <br />intoxicating liquor by the drink at retail for consumption on the premises <br />between the hours of nine a.m. and midnight on Sunday, notwithstanding <br />any provisions of the law to the contrary. <br /> <br /> <br />
