each incremental period for up to ten (10) days at a time; provided <br />however no incremental display period shall exceed ten (10) consecutive <br />days per permit (any further time increments will require a separate <br />permit). Such permit shall not be issued unless a permit fee of eleven <br />dollars and 40 cents ($11.40) is first paid to the City of University City. <br /> <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed to so as to releive any person, firm <br />or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Section 34-106.3(5), nor <br />bar the prosecution for any such violation. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this <br />ordinance, shall upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Title 1 Chapter <br />1.12.010 of the Municipal Code of the City of University City. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
