Proceeding from the point of beginning 30 feet northwardly along a line being the prolongation of the east right-of-way of Coolidge Ave (50 feet wide) to a point, then proceeding 175 feet eastwardly along a line parallel to the south right-of-way of Appleton Drive (50 feet wide) to a point, then proceeding southwardly 20 feet along a line perpendicular the south right-of-way line of Appleton Drive (50 feet wide) to a point, then proceeding 165 feet westwardly along a the south-right-way line of Appleton Drive (50 feet wide) to a point, then proceeding 15.7 feet counter-clockwise along an arc having a radius of 10 feet to the point of beginning. The land area lying within this parcel A is approximately 3522 square feet or 0.081 acres more or less. All existing easements shall remain in affect. PARCEL B Parcel B is irregularly shaped and is approximately 20' x 175' and is located in the right-of-way of Appleton Drive (50 feet wide). Parcel B is within the Plat of Darstdale Subdivision, a subdivision recorded in book 21, page 1 in the records of the St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds. Parcel B is more particularly described as follows: The point of beginning is located on the east right-of-way line of Coolidge Drive (50 feet wide) and 35 feet south of the northwest comer of Lot 1 of Block 14 of the Darstdale Subdivision. Proceeding from the point of beginning 30 feet southwardly along a line being the prolongation of the east right-of-way of Coolidge Ave (50 feet wide) to a point, then proceeding 175 feet eastwardly along a line parallel to the north right-of-way line of Appleton Drive (50 feet wide) to a point, then proceeding northwardly 20 feet along a line perpendicular the north right-of-way line of Appleton Drive (50 feet wide) to a point, then proceeding 165 feet westwardly along a the north right-way line of Appleton Drive (50 feet wide) to a point, then proceeding 15.7 feet clockwise along an arc having a radius of 10 feet to the point of beginning. The land area lying within this parcel B is approximately 3522 square feet or 0.081 acres more or less. All existing easements shall remain in affect. Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to have this ordinance recorded in the office of the Recorder of deeds of St. Louis County, Missouri. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the passage as provided by law.
