The land area within this parcel is 2174 square feet, or <br />0.05 acres more or less. All existing utility easements shall remain in effect. <br /> <br />PARCEL E <br /> <br />Parcel E is irregularly shaped and is approximately 40' x 101.1' and is located in the right-of- <br />way of Harrison Ave. (90 feet wide), and within the Hawthorne Terrace Subdivision, a <br />Subdivision of Lot 1 and part of Lot 2 of Bellemont Place, in the City of University City, in St. <br />Louis County, Missouri and recorded in Book 37, page 4 of the records of the St. Louis County <br />Recorder of Deeds, and is more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the northeast comer of Lot 5 of Block B of the Re-subdivision of Blocks "A & B" <br />of Hawthorne Terrace, as recorded in Book 35, page 76 of the records of the St. Louis County <br />Recorder of Deeds, then proceed 40 feet eastwardly along a line perpendicular to the west right- <br />of-way of Harrison Ave. (90 feet wide) to a point, then proceed 101.1 feet southwardly along a <br />line parallel to the west right of way line of Harrison Ave. to a point, then proceed westwardly 60 <br />feet along the prolongation of the north right-of way line of Lynn Ave. (50 feet wide) to a point, <br />then proceed northeastwardly 31.42 feet counter-clockwise along an arc having a radius of 20 <br />feet to a point, then proceed 81.1 feet northwardly along the west right-of-way of Harrison Ave. <br />to the point of beginning. The land area within this parcel is approximately 4090 square feet or <br />0.094 acres, more or less. All existing utility easements shall remain in affect. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to have this ordinance recorded in the <br />office of the Recorder of Deeds of St. Louis County, Missouri. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
