Co prima facie evidence that the fee required by this chapter for the privilege of parking such a vehicle in such space has not been deposited in the parking meter, unless, however, the vehicle has a parking permit issued under this chapter. Each meter shall designate the type of coin to be deposited. When the City's authorized attendant is on duty at the Municipal Parking Garage in Zone F, a flat fee of three dollars ($3.00) will be imposed on each vehicle upon entering the Municipal Parking Garage, excluding vehicles parked under a permit issued according to this chapter. The flat fee will be applied by the following schedule: Days Time Period Parkin.q Fee Wednesday through Thursday 4:00 p.m. until close $3.00 Friday 3:00 p.m. until close $3.00 Saturday 2:00 p.m. until close $3.00 In the absence of the attendant, vehicle operators shall deposit parking fees in accordance with Section 10.48.070,A. Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Section 10.48.070, nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter 1, Section 1.12.010 of the University City Municipal Code.
