LOCATED NORTH OF <br />OLD BONHOMME ROAD AND AN ADJACENT PORTION OF <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY OF AN ALLEY (25 FEET WIDE) EXTENDING WESTWARD <br />FROM THE NORTH TERMINUS OF LEPERE (40 FEET WIDE) A VE.TO THE <br />WEST CITY LIMITS OF UNIVERSITY CITY, BUT RESERVING ANY <br />PUBLIC EASEMENTS IF ANY AND DIRECTING THAT THIS ORDINANCE <br />BE RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF DEEDS OF <br />ST.LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The portion of Lepere (40 feet wide) Ave right-of-way and portion of <br />the above described alley (25 feet wide) right-of way are public streets in the Centreton <br />Subdivision located within University City, in St. Louis County, Missouri; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due notice of public hearing to be held by the City of University City <br />council Chambers at City Hall on October 11,2004 at 7:30 p.m., to hear any comments <br />concerning the proposed vacation of portions of said street and said alley right-of-ways, <br />was duly published in the St. Louis Countian, a newspaper of general circulation within <br />said City, on October 1,2004. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said public hearing was held at the time and place specified in said <br />notices, and all comments concerning the vacation of portions of said street and alley <br />right-of-ways were duly heard and considered by the City Council. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The said two portions of right-of-ways being vacated are Parcel A, a portion of <br />Lepere (40 feet wide) Ave right-of way and located adjacent to east lot line of 90 II Old <br />Bonhomme Road and west lot line of 9009 Old Bonhomme Road, and Parcel B a portion of alley <br />right-ofway adjacent to Parcel A and located adjacent to the north lot line of90Il Old <br />Bonhomme Road and north lot line of 9013 Old Bonhomme Road. The said Parcel A and Parcel <br />B are within University City, St. Louis County, Missouri, and all of the City of University City's <br />right, title and therein hereby vacated, surrendered and quitclaimed, reserving, however, all public <br />utility easement, if any; the said parcel is more specifically described as follows: <br /> <br />PARCEL A <br /> <br />Parcel A is irregularly shaped and approximately 145.91 / 133.40 feet by 40 / 41.91 feet. Parcel A <br />is located adjacent to lots 5 and 6 of the Centreton Subdivision, and lot 20 of the Bon-Price Park <br />Subdivision. The Centreton subdivision is recorded in Plat Book 3, on Page 15 of the records of <br />the Recorder of Deeds of the City of St. Louis, Missouri on March 19, 1852. The Bon-Price Park <br />subdivision is recorded in Plat Book 60, on Page 13, of the records of the St. Louis County, <br />Missouri, Recorder of Deeds.
