L BP16455/2963 Beginning at the point of intersection of the north right-of-way line of Old Bonhomme (80 feet wide) Road and the east right-of-way line of Lepere (40 feet wide) Ave, then going 133.4 feet northwardly along the east right-of-way line of Lepere (40 feet wide) Ave to a point, then going 40 feet westwardly along the south lot line of lot 20 of the said Bon-Price Park Subdivision to a point, then going 145.91 feet southwardly along the east right-of-way line ofthe said Lepere (40 feet) Ave to a point, then going 41.91 feet eastwardly along the prolongation of the north right-of- way line of Old Bonhomme Road (80 feet wide) to the point of beginning. The land area lying within the above described boundaries of Parcel A is approximately 5586.4 square feet or 0.128 acre more or less. PARCEL B Parcel B is rectangular shaped and is approximately 115 feet by 25 feet and is located adjacent to lot 5 and lot 6 of the Centreton Subdivision, and adjacent to south lot lines oflot 20 and lot 21 of the Bon-Price Park Subdivision. The Centreton Subdivision is recorded in Plat Book 3, on Page 15 of records of the Recorder of Deeds of the City of St. Louis, Missouri, on March 19, 1852. The Bon-Price Park Subdivision is recorded in Plat Book 60 on Page 13 of the records of the St. Louis County, Recorder of Deeds. Parcel B is more particularly described as follows. Beginning at the northeast corner of lot 6 of the above said Centreton Subdivision and going 115 feet westwardly along the north lot lines of lot 6 and lot 5 of the said Centreton Subdivision to a point, then going 25 feet northwardly along the west city limits of University City to a point, then going 115 feet eastwardly along the south lot lines of lot 21 and lot 20 of the above said Bon- Price Park Subdivision to a point, then going 25 feet southwardly to the point of beginning. The land area lying within the above described boundaries of parcel B is approximately 2875 square feet or 0.066 acre more or less. Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to have this ordinance recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds ofSt. Louis County, Missouri Section 3.
