10.20.060 Thirty-five (35) mile per hour limit on certain major thoroughfares. On the following designated thoroughfares the maximum rate of speed shall be thirty-five (35) miles per hour: Delmar Boulevard ...........................................From Big Bend Boulevard to Hanley Road, and from 1-170 to the west city limits Midland Boulevard........................................From V ernon Avenue to the north city limits Forest Park Parkway...................................From the east city limits to the west city limits Olive Boulevard...........................................From the west city limits to Ferguson Avenue Pennsylvania A venue.....................................From V ernon Avenue to the north city limits V ernon Avenue .........................................From Kingsland Avenue to Midland Boulevard Woodson Road.............................................,From Olive Boulevard to the north city limits Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Chapter 10.20, Section 10.20.040 or Section 10.20.060, nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter 1.12, Section 1.12.010 of the University City Municipal Code.
