(Ord. 6139 S 1 (Exh. <br />A (part)), 1997) <br /> <br />34-40.11 Plan commission work session. <br /> <br />Prior to formal application of rezoning to a "PD" district, the applicant may <br />submit the sketch plan for review at a work session held with the plan <br />commission. This work session is not mandatory, but is highly encouraged. If the <br />applicant wishes to take advantage of this work session, then the applicant shall <br />submit twelve (12) copies ofthe sketch plan documents to the zoning <br />administrator at least fifteen (15) days prior to the plan commission meeting at <br />which the applicant wishes to have the plan reviewed. (Ord. 6139 S 1 (Exh. A <br />(part)), 1997) <br /> <br />34-40.12 Preliminary development plan procedure. <br /> <br />1. Preliminary Development Plan Submittal Requirements. The preliminary <br />development plan submitted shall include the information required in Section <br />16.12.080, "Subdivision and Land Development Regulations," University City <br />Municipal Code. In addition to these submittal requirements, the following shall <br />be submitted as applicable, however, the applicant may be required to provide <br />such additional clarification and/or detail of the site plan as determined by the <br />zoning administrator or the plan commission: <br /> <br />a. Gross and net acreage of tract; <br /> <br />b. Building outlines (footprints) of all structures, except single-family detached <br />dwellings proposed on subdivided lots; <br /> <br />c.
