Planned Development-Mixed Use (PD-M). Planned developments involving both <br />residential uses and commercial uses. <br /> <br />34-40.5 Permitted uses. <br />1. Planned Development-Residential (PD-R). <br /> <br />a. Permitted land uses and developments shall be established in the conditions of <br />the ordinance adopted by the city council governing the particular planned <br />development-residential district. Specific uses shall include only those uses <br />designated as permitted, accessory, or conditional uses in any of the residential <br />districts. <br /> <br />b. In addition to those uses included in paragraph "a" above, the following uses <br />may be designated as permitted uses and established as such in the ordinance <br />governing the particular planned development-residential district: <br /> <br />(1) Attached single-family dwellings; <br /> <br />(2) Patio dwellings; <br /> <br />(3) Zero lot line residential developments. <br /> <br />2. Planned Development-Commercial (PD-C). Permitted land uses and <br />developments shall be established in the conditions of the ordinance adopted by <br />the city council governing the particular planned development-commercial <br />district. Specific uses may only include those uses designated as permitted, <br />accessory, or conditional uses in the "LC," "GC" and "CC" commercial districts. <br /> <br />3. Planned Development-Industrial Commercial (PD-I).
