Permitted land uses and developments shall be established in the conditions of the <br />ordinance adopted by the city council governing the particular planned development- <br />mixed use district. Specific uses shall include those uses designated as permitted, <br />accessory, or conditional uses in any ofthe residential districts, and/or in the LC, GC and <br />CC commercial districts. <br /> <br />b. In addition to those uses included in paragraph "a" above, the following uses may be <br />designated as permitted uses and established as such in the ordinance governing the <br />particular planned development-mixed use district: <br /> <br />(1) Attached single-family dwellings; <br /> <br />(2) Patio dwellings; <br /> <br />(3) Zero lot line residential developments. <br /> <br />c. It is anticipated that the above uses will be combined in order to qualify as PD-M <br />district. <br /> <br />34-40.6 Minimum planned development site size. <br /> <br />The minimum site size for any ofthe planned development districts shall be two <br />acres. This minimum site size may be waived by the city council upon report by <br />the plan commission; ifit is determined that the use proposed is desirable or <br />necessary in relationship to the surrounding neighborhood; or, ifthe city council <br />should determine such waiver to be in the general public interest.
