TO ROTH AVE.; RESERVING ANY PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS; DIRECTING THAT THIS ORDINANCE BE RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF DEEDS OF ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI; AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 6519 TO THE EXTENT INCONSISTENT HEREWITH. WHEREAS, there are two portions ofa ten-foot wide walkway which is a public right-of-way in the Roth Grove Subdivision in University City, in St. Louis County, Missouri; and WHEREAS, said portions are located adjacent to Block 6 and Block 1 of the Roth Grove Subdivision and extending northward from Olive Blvd. to Roth Ave.; and WHEREAS, due notice of a public hearing, to be held by the City Council of the City of University City in the City Council Chambers at City Hall on August 16,2004 at 7:30 p.m., to hear any comments concerning the proposed vacation of two portions of said walkway, was duly published in the St. Louis Countian, a newspaper of general circulation within said City, on August 4, 2004; and WHEREAS, said public hearing was held at the time and place specified in said notice, and all comments concerning the vacation of two portions of said walkway were duly heard and considered by the City Council; and WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 6519, the two portions of the walkway were vacated, but the ordinance incorrectly referred to Roth Ave. as Bartmer Ave. in the title and first paragraph of Section 1; and WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City Council to correct said references in Ordinance No. 6519, which was filed on April 5, 2005 in Book 16455, Pages 2964-3966 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of St. Louis County, Missouri. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Two portions of a ten-foot wide walkway which is a public right-of-way in the Roth Grove Subdivision in the City of University City in St. Louis County, Missouri, and all of the City of University City's right, title and interest therein are hereby vacated, surrendered and quitclaimed, reserving, however, all public utility easements, if any; said portions are Parcel A, located adjacent to 1063 Roth Ave. (50 feet wide) and 1059-1061 Roth Ave. (50 feet wide), and Parcel B, located adjacent to 6973 Olive Blvd. (90 feet wide) and 6975 Olive Blvd. (90 feet wide), and are more specifically described as follows: PARCEL A
