Parcel A is located <br />adjacent to the east lot line of Lot 30 of the Roth Grove Subdivision and adjacent to the west lot line of <br />Lot 7 of Block 6 of the Roth Grove Subdivision. Roth Grove Subdivision is a subdivision located within <br />the City of University City and recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 17 of the records of the St. Louis County <br />Recorder of Deeds. Parcel A is more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 7 of Block 6 of the Roth Grove Subdivision and going 100 feet <br />northwardly along the west lot line of the above said Lot 7 of Block 6 to a point, then going westwardly <br />10.58 feet along the prolongation of the northwest lot line of the above Lot 7 of Block 6 to a point, then <br />going 96.54 feet southwardly along the east lot line of Lot 30 of Block 1 of the Roth Grove Subdivision to <br />a point, then going 10 feet eastwardly along a line being the prolongation of the above Lot 30 of Block 1 <br />to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />The total land area lying within the above described boundaries of Parcel A is approximately 982.7 square <br />feet or 0.023 acre more or less. <br /> <br />PARCEL B <br /> <br />Parcel B is approximately lOx 105 feet long rectangular shaped. Parcel B is located adjacent to the east <br />lot line of Lot 1 of Block 1 of the Roth Grove Subdivision and adjacent to the west lot line of Lot 6 of <br />Block 6 of the Roth Grove Subdivision. The Roth Grove Subdivision is located within the City of <br />University City, Missouri and recorded in Book 18, Page 17 of the records of the St. Louis County <br />Recorder of Deeds. Parcel B is more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point lying on the north right-of-way of Olive Blvd. (90 feet wide) (this point being the <br />southwest corner of Lot 6 of Block 6 of the Roth Grove Subdivision), then going 105 feet northwardly <br />along the west lot line of the above said Lot 6 of Block 6 to a point, then going 10 feet westwardly along <br />a line being the prolongation of the north lot line of the above said Lot 6, of Block 6 to a point, then going <br />105 feet southwardly along the east lot line of Lot 1, of Block 1 of the Roth Grove Subdivision to a point <br />lying on the north right-of-way line of Olive Blvd. (90 feet wide), then going 10 feet eastwardly along the <br />north right-of-way of Olive Blvd. (90 feet wide) to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />The total land area lying within the above described boundaries of Parcel B is approximately 1,050 square <br />feet or 0.024 acre more or less. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to have this ordinance recorded in the Office of the Recorder <br />of Deeds ofSt. Louis County, Missouri. <br /> <br />Section 3. Ordinance No. 6519 is hereby repealed to the extent inconsistent herewith. <br /> <br />Section 4.
