Olive Boulevard near 81st Street: Westbound vehicles on Olive Boulevard at the far east driveway to the Grandpa Pigeon's store at 8020 Olive Boulevard. Olive Boulevard near Bartmer Avenue: The driveway exit from the drive-through restaurant property at 6950 Olive Boulevard. Pershing Avenue at Forest Park Parkway: The driveway exit from the property at 7010-18 Pershing Avenue at its intersection with Forest Park Parkway, between the hours of seven a.m. and nine-thirty a.m. and between the hours of three-thirty p.m. and six-thirty p.m. on all days except Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. Trinity Avenue at Delmar Boulevard: Southbound vehicles on the west leg of Trinity Avenue at Delmar Boulevard. Trinity Avenue at Delmar Boulevard: Northbound vehicles on the east leg of Trinity Avenue at Delmar Boulevard between the hours of seven a.m. and nine a.m. and between the hours of four p.m. and six p.m. on all days except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. (Ord. 6523 9 1, 2005) University Drive: westbound vehicles on University Drive at Hanley Road, Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Chapter 10.36, Section 10.36.150, nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter 1.12, section 1.12.010 of the University City Municipal Code. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage as provided by law. JA~1f!t1
