<br />D. For general obligation debt service purposes on an authorized issuance of <br />two million ($2,000,000) of municipal bonds of the City authorized by a <br />vote of the qualified voters of said City at an election called and held on <br />the 2nd day of November, 2004, said election being in pursuance of the <br />provisions of Ordinance No. 6497, a tax of $0.049 on residential property, <br />a tax of $0.049 on commercial property and a tax of $0.049 on personal <br />property, on each one hundred dollars ($100.00) of assessed valuation. <br /> <br />Section 2.
