North and South Boulevard: Both sides from Gannon Avenue to a point one hundred fifty (150) feet south of the south line of Delmar Boulevard. Parking Lot No.1: South side of Delmar Boulevard, west of 6318 Delmar (western half). Parking Lot No.1: South side of Delmar Boulevard, west of 6318 Delmar (eastern half). Parking Lot No.3: North side of Delmar Boulevard, west of 6639 Delmar (northern half). Parking Lot No.5: Northeast corner of the intersection of Kingsland Avenue and Enright Avenue (southernmost row). Parking Lot No.7: Southeast corner of the intersection of Kingsland Avenue and Loop South (northern half). Syracuse Avenue: Both sides north of Delmar Boulevard to Enright Avenue. Westgate Avenue: Both sides from Delmar Boulevard to Enright Avenue. Westgate Avenue: Both sides from Delmar Boulevard to the alley south thereof. Zone D Parking Lot No.3: North side of Delmar Boulevard, west of 6639 Delmar (southern half). Parking Lot No.7: Southeast corner of the intersection of Kingsland Avenue and Loop South (southern half). Parking Garage: six spaces west of elevator lobby and southern most part of the upper level. Handicapped parking spaces shall be established upon written application by an owner whose automobile possesses a state motor vehicle handicapped license plate, which application shall be subject to staff review and will not be issued if any existing traffic regulations indicate to the contrary or if the property of the handicapped person has a driveway or other off-street parking space accessible to the handicapped person. Zone F Parking Garage at 6319 Delmar Boulevard, except those sections included in Zone D. (Ord. 661091,2006) Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Chapter 10.48, Section 10.48.30, nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter 1.12, section 1.12.010 of the University City Municipal Code.
