<br /> <br /> <br /> Zoning Code Text Amendment for Olive Boulevard Design Guidelines (Zoning and Historic Districts) Page 3 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br /> the purpose of this requirement, "substantial redevelopment" shall mean one or <br /> more of the following: a) Increase of twenty-five (25) percent or more in the gross <br /> floor area of any building; b) Significant upliftment of the fagade aesthetics by <br /> paint and or addition or replacement of fagade elements; c) Restoration of <br /> historic structures; d) Significant changes in site design, for example - <br /> landscaping, lighting, ingress/egress, etc. <br /> <br /> <br /> Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or <br /> corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Chapter 34 of University <br /> City Municipal Code, nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. <br /> <br /> Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance, <br /> shall upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Sections 1. 12.010 and 34-115 <br /> of the University City Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> <br /> Section 4.
